1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with a45ph, accessing the website located at a45ph.cam, or using any services provided by a45ph (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

These Terms apply to all users of the a45ph platform, including but not limited to registered account holders, visitors browsing the site, and any person accessing a45ph services through mobile devices or other electronic means.

If you are accessing a45ph on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and your agreement to these Terms will be treated as the agreement of that organization.

4. Account Registration and Security

Account registration at a45ph requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. All information must match the details on the government-issued identification you will submit during KYC verification.

Username and Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a45ph account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. All activity occurring under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify a45ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Account Accuracy: You must ensure that all information provided during registration remains accurate and up to date. You are required to notify a45ph immediately if any of your personal information changes, including your address, contact details, or payment method information.

Account Restrictions: Only the registered account holder may use the account. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your a45ph account to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access your account or place wagers on your behalf.

a45ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account that provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or that is used in violation of these Terms.

5. KYC Verification Requirements

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), a45ph is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests.

Required Documents: You must submit a valid, government-issued identification document bearing your photograph, full name, date of birth, and signature. Acceptable forms of identification include Philippine passports, driver's licenses issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine Postal ID, and other government-issued IDs recognized under Philippine law.

Verification Process: KYC documents are reviewed by a45ph's compliance team, typically within 24 to 48 hours of submission. You will be notified by email once your verification status is updated. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of the first withdrawal request will be subject to withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

6. Gaming Activities and Rules

Fair Play: All games on a45ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer outcomes that comply with PAGCOR fairness standards. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by a45ph or any player.

Maximum Winnings: Some games may be subject to maximum win limits as disclosed in the individual game rules. a45ph reserves the right to impose reasonable maximum payout limits on progressive jackpots, tournament prizes, and promotional winnings as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

Disconnections: If you experience a disconnection during a live dealer game or slot session, the game round will be completed automatically according to the game's default rules. Unfinished rounds can be reviewed in your account transaction history. a45ph is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device malfunction.

7. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Deposits: a45ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others as displayed on the deposit page. 9. Player Conduct and Responsibilities

As a player on the a45ph platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner at all times. You agree to the following conduct requirements:

• You will not use a45ph services while under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the extent that it impairs your judgment.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a45ph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using a45ph services to launder money or proceeds of crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to Philippine authorities.
• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, creating multiple accounts, identity theft, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Underage Gambling: Any attempt by a person under twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or gamble on a45ph.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your a45ph account, or accessing another person's account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate charges with your payment provider in an attempt to fraudulently reverse deposits.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

a45ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or as required by PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law.

Suspension: During an account suspension, you will be unable to log in, deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds. a45ph will investigate the reason for suspension and notify you of the outcome. Suspensions may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the violation.

Closure: If your account is permanently closed, a45ph will refund any remaining balance to you after deducting any amounts owed to a45ph, provided the funds were obtained legitimately and not through fraudulent or prohibited activity. Funds obtained through fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

Self-Closure: You may request permanent self-exclusion from a45ph at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Any attempt to create a new account after self-exclusion will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, a45ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of a45ph services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

a45ph is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, payment processing delays, or any other technical issues beyond a45ph's reasonable control.

a45ph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of a45ph services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your a45ph account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

These limitations of liability apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of a45ph services shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

Internal Complaint Process: You must first submit any complaint or dispute to a45ph customer support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. a45ph will investigate the complaint and respond within seven (7) business days. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.

PAGCOR Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved through a45ph's internal complaint process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation. PAGCOR provides dispute resolution services for players of licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.

Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved through PAGCOR mediation, you agree that any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Time Limit: Any claim or dispute must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this time limit will be time-barred and dismissed.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

a45ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent changes.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to players via email, notification on the a45ph website, or pop-up notice upon login. Continued use of a45ph services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms, you must stop using a45ph services immediately and close your account.
